SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by The Gym Online Store.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
• High-volume periods, new releases, or promotions may extend processing times.
• You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it ships.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
2. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping options and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Common delivery windows:
• Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2 to 4 business days
• Priority Shipping: 1 to 2 business days
Delivery delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs, or high-volume seasons. These delays are outside our control.
3. SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, distance, and selected service.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
4. TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 to 48 hours to appear on the carrier’s system.
5. SHIPPING ADDRESSES
We ship only to the address provided at checkout.
It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate.
We are not responsible for:
• Lost packages due to incorrect addresses
• Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received
For issues with delivery, you must contact the carrier directly.
6. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once packages are handed to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.
• If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, we cannot replace or refund it.
• If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
We will assist you in submitting a carrier claim when applicable.
7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If enabled:
• International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country.
• These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
• Customs processing may delay delivery beyond standard estimates.
We are not responsible for packages held or rejected by customs.
8. RETURNED PACKAGES
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or non-delivery:
• We will contact you to arrange reshipment.
• Additional shipping fees may apply.
• We do not issue refunds for returned-to-sender packages unless required by law.
